Cant get basic4ppc to run

When I tried (many times) downloading the full version of basic4ppc (which I paid for and have the license file), the program wont run. I get an error:

"The application faild to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate application"

Any ideas?

You should install Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0.

You should also install Microsoft .Net Compact Framework 2.0 in order to use the optimized compiler:

I did install the .net frame work (both). I havent tried re-downloading those, so I will give that a shot.
