Cash Money for App To Utilize XChange Java Library

We're still needing someone to build an app that will let us work with the data from the Java library XChange (starting with the Binance code).

We only need to build an interface for one of the exchanges, as they all have the same interface. Once we build one for one, it will be easy to implement others.
