Android Question cellid to lac

Hi ,
I have cell tower Id, how to get lac for the same.
I get neighboring cells and I want lac for the same. How can I get the same. Is there Anu api for that.pls let me know..

Hi ,
Thanks for information..I am using same library and could get all information like cellid latlongs, neighbor cells and their lat longs etc.
Now I want to pass cellid of neighbor cell and get network operator..
Is this possible, if yes pls let me know.
