CF 2.0 after a hard reset on IPAQ Rx3115

Does anyone know the Registry mod to reload the CF after a hard reset?
Experts Exchange answer to the problem was a program to reload CF but referenced a Registry mod to automatically load on reboot. I have searched the web but have not found this mod.

Can anyone help?

I've not heard of that. Normally, if you have loaded it before, you would just reload it via ActiveSync where it should appear unchecked in the list of installed programs after a hard reset..
