Change Activity properties

Is there a way to change the Activity properties such as Full Screen and Include Title programatically or this can be done just via the designer?

These properties should actually be set in Project - Activity Properties. The designer settings only affect the designer.

These settings are applied by modifying the manifest file. They cannot be changed at runtime.
