Android Question Change DNS

hello everyone.

I wanted to know if there is a library where it allows me to change the DNS of my device since connected to the router it only takes what is from my provider and the router does not let me modify them

I would like to put the dns
1.1.1.1
or the dns
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

So you want to change the dns system-wide for your device? I doubt that would be easily possible, seems like a very invasive thing to do.

If you, in the other hand, would like your app to look things up at 1.1.1.1 etc, that would very well be possible.

Yes, when I open the app, I want the DNS to be changed to the ones I indicated, since the ones the provider gives me do not connect to the server

I understand. I have no expert knowledge about this, but I doubt it's possible unless the device is rooted.

As an end-user I am thankful for this. As for your provider, I think it's a dick move by them to block a domain, if possible I would change provider.

Also, it sounds like you mainly want to solve an issue for yourself. Have you tried to simply change the dns in the device settings?
