With reference to the ThreePages example, is there a way to be notified when switching pages?

It seems that the first time you change page, of course the Show and Resize events are fired, but when returning to the main page for instance, the Resize event is not fired. Returning to the second page a second time, it is not fired either.
If the first page is my main page and the second page is a Settings page, how can I refresh the main page when returning from the settings page?
