Android Question Check internet status with download file

Hi
I found many code about internet connection in forum
But all codes make mistake about connection
So i decided make request with httpjob and if job is success so user have internet
It is good so far
Now i want to request with low byte and actually only check header from my site
Do you have any idea?

You don't need root to ping.
