Bug? Clean install SDK manager

Just did a clean new install of B4A on a brand new Windows 10 machine using the default select boxes. The Google USB Driver install failed with:

Warning: File C:\Users\username\.android\repositories.cfg could not be loaded.

This warning comes from the Android SDK tool. You can probably ignore it.

Some people on the interner claim you have to create this file yourself before installing the SDK. Weird. It's not linked to B4a but it might scare inexperienced users.
