Clear an Array?

Is there any quick way to clear an array, such as ReDim in Visual Basic?

I searched HelpViewer and didn't find anything.

You can just redeclare the array (with Dim).

Is there a quick way to fill all the elements of an array with the same value when declaring the array such as for example

Dim A(10) As Int = 7

or

Dim A(10,10) As String = "hello"
