Android Question Clear phone cache

Hi all,
I have a minor problem with my galaxy s5 saying that I am not registered on the network!.
This is a tad annoying as I have to go into application management, locate the phone app and click the clear cache button.
Is it possible to do this programmatically using the reflection library or something?

No. You cannot clear the cache of other programs.
