Is there a way to programmatically click on a WhatsApp Call Notification?

Either IGNORE or ANSWER.

Accessibility works to Send Messages – by knowing the UI Element ID: SEND

Instead of the UI Element ID method, is it possible to Click directly on the ANSWER Button?
