Why Italian?
An expert Android developer for any language (e.g. b4a) or for a specific one (java / kotlin, etc.)

As far as I understood the request to me, the client is looking for a developer with whom he can communicate in his native language.
A special setting (java/ kotlin/ ...) was not requested.
