[closed] Where to report suspected manipulation of Google Play Subscription System

As the provider of an app with subscribable content on Google Play, I've observed an unusually high number of purchase cancellations from a single user within a few days.
I suspect this user is deliberately trying to exploit and defraud the Google Play subscription system.

Does anyone know which institution or contact point I should reach out to?

Maybe this is your case: Google supports in some countries payments with cash. That is, it accepts the In App Purchase and keeps it pending until the customer pays in a Cash Payments Point that cooperates with Google. Can you see in what countries the purchases were made? Maybe also the currency can answer this to you.

In a nutshell: it may be legit but it doesn't hurt to check (that means good luck  - they have a support page which I do not remember but they have only the page - they do not answer but navigate you around to find yourself the answer in the content they have). A good point to start would be gemini which obviously should know anything about Google as they have trained it.

What was ...

I have closed the topic, as I am unsure whether there is an actual issue or if I made an error during data collection.

There were numerous subscription bookings from a single user with implausible entries, which raised my suspicion that something worth investigating might be happening.

However, after restarting the browser, I could not reproduce the effect. And without concrete, verifiable data, I have decided to classify the issue under "strange effects."

Thank you for your input on potential causes, though.
