I've seen a couple of libraries that offer this (bgcell, reflection, abwifi) but I can't seem to get them to do what i want.
In BGCELL, UMTS cells return a value of "-1" but with UMTS becoming dominant and GSM about to be turned off in the next year or so in many countries, is it possible to get UMTS cell id's in anyway
It may be my ignorance but I'm not sure how to manipulate REFLECTION to get the neighbouring cell list?
Apparently i've read that abwifi doesn't use neighbouring cells anymore.
Has anyone got any pointers on where I should look?
