B4J Question Command line compiler OS dependency?

We have a product I'm considering porting to B4J from another language.

The B4J Windows dependency for the IDE is a nuisance, but we can live with it.

How about the command line compiler ... does it have a Windows dependency as well?

I'm asking because our product needs to run cross platform (Windows, Linux and OSX), and it generates executable code on those platforms. It would be great if I could generate B4J code, then invoke a compiler to create the JAR.

Not used it, but as it's an 'exe' I would guess windows only

Very interesting, thank you. We're going to look very closely at this idea.

The B4J web application framework looks great, ideally suited to our product needs, and having the compiler for our generated code puts the icing on the cake.
