Android Question Common Header in different activities

If you want to create a UI common to all activities then you should implement it in a class and create a class instance in each of the activities.

While this video tutorial is about XUI library it shows how you can use a class for the UI:

Actually my problem is change slow activity . i want common header and footer in all activity that this change does not feel .
