Wish Compile directive for B4X

Compile directive is quite userful for maintenancing source code. Hope it could be added to B4X.

Additional you should provide the info which b4a version you are using.
Sounds for me like you are using an old b4a version which does not have the conditional compiling feature from version 3.8
