wish to support compile to library with resource(in the files folder)
just like:
#useres:indicator_active.png
#useres:indicator_inactive.png

"Compile to Library" should include files from the "Files" tab.

Not necessarily, If you are testing the library you may well have some resources, layouts, images that are related to the testing used in Main. You wouldn't want these in the library resources.
