I use local builder and this happens time to time (not very often). In this case I simply delete a folder using Finder.

Better to copy whole log, for example, to Notepad and to post text file.
Guess there are troubles with certificates (CodeSign can't sign)

Probably, you need to re-issue certificates. Search Google by "unable to build chain to self-signed root for signer". You will find some discussions.
