Android Question Compiling resources ERROR B4Av10.7

Hi,
I updated B4A to version 10.7 and showed this error when compiling the project:

"Signing package file (debug key). Error
Unsupported option: --v3-signing-enabled. See --help for supported options."

So I upgrated the SDK as per this link: https://www.b4x.com/b4a.html

I currently have this error while compiling the project:
Compiling resources Error


I don't know what to do anymore, please help.

Thanks for link. So i downloaded the package, but couldn't install it, I have problems with my computer all the time. I'll do a computer format because it doesn't work properly. After the format, I will come back to the topic and write if it helped.
