I saw the pictures, but I want to give more information:

- There are 3 applications: a web PHP, a B4J desktop and a B4A Android?
- What informations I can manage with each application? The mobile app is only for the students?
- All the 3 uses the same MySQL database? Is hosted in the web?
- This is for 1 school or can manage multiple schools in the same database?

The problem is that you are working with old versions.
PHP5 dates from 2013 and mySQL 4.6 from 2004.
This version is no longer maintained.
There could be big security issues.

I understand. But these are just the minimum requirements, the system runs on recent versions and this does not affect anything
