Android Question Compose number from PC to SmartPhone

I would compose a telephone number from PC to android Tablet/SmartPhone via bluetooth or serial but I haven't found anythink.
I saw through some bluetooth/serial link
but there is something more specific?

Yes, bluetooth ... serial...

On the device you should use Serial library with AsyncStreams. On the PC side it can be more complicated. The simplest solution is to create a virtual com port assigned to the bluetooth device and then use it.
