Android Question Configuration file

my app store the configuration into a json file

File.DirInternal, "Profile.json"

in last release on androind 9 i have see that after a disinstallation the file is not deleted.
with a new installation the app start with old configuration.

in previous version the app started wih emprty configuration.

Why?
