B4J Question Configure paths in IDE - browse not working!

I have just installed windows 7 pro 64 bit, a new installation. Next came Java 1.8.0_171 followed by a new download of B4J 6.30. Lastly Dot.Net 4.52 installed as B4J wouldn't start. Rebooted.

I started B4J and wanted to set the paths. The browse button to set Javac.exe does nothing! I had to type it in:

C:\Programme\Java\jdk1.8.0_171\bin\javac.exe

Anyone else had this problem?

Now this is strange, the same happens with B4R! The first browse button doesn't work, the other two are okay.

Sounds like a problem in the .net environment.

Did you tried to restart your PC?

PS: I tried in B4J on my PC and all three are working as Expected.

Yes, i did (as I said in pos 1).

Very strange, never had this problem before. Here is my .net file info.



My OS is in german but I have loads of other software in english installed.

This is indeed a .Net issue. You can try to reinstall .Net Framework.

Installed SP1 and allowed all updates. Now it is working again. Thanks.
