Wish confusing menu

Please change menu entry:
EDIT -> Block Comment

to EDIT -> Comment Selection


the first is very confusing and in plain English means to block(disable) Comment....

Please change colors in the IDE so Light Colors are always placed on dark background and vice versa.
It is very hard to read the text ins some situations.

Block in English has many meanings and it's use here is correct as in a Block of text. See http://www.thefreedictionary.com/Block

I know it is minor thing, but for those who do not know English so well "Comment Selection" OR "Comment Selected Block" is much more intuitive!

Even to native English speakers it can still be considered ambiguous in its meaning even if correct.
