iOS Question Connect failure

I'm trying to build my first app. My phone and laptop are connected to the same network and I've verified the correct IP addresses. I have a CSR, provisioning profile, etc and everything seems like it's in place but I'm getting a connect failure when trying to build the bridge app. What else can I check?

B4iBuilder is not working on laptop running Windows.

I have a MacBook Air that's running parallels.

Follow the instructions. You don't need to connect iPhone to the MacBook to build B4iBridge app.
