Android Question Connecting via USB Cable

Is it still possible to connect to a device by good old cable?

I can't seem to see any option apart from B4A Bridge...

Sure you can. I always use USB Cable to install my app. I do not use Bridge...
Enable USB Debugging on the device and connect the device with usb

Depending on the device and your PC OS, you might also need an USB driver. Google if required.
