Connecting with ADB

Here are the answers:
1. The IP address is in: Settings -> Wi-Fi -> Advanced (in the bottom-left button) in my 4.0.2 android version.
2. I simply copy the apk file to the USB root of any android phone, and then I execute it to install it.

1. The phone is connected to the PC, the PC sees the phone, but I still get "unable to connect".
2. How do you execute the apk on the phone?

No, ADB and USB-Port.
B4aBridge does not work, my driver does not recognize the phone.

After re-starting and re-checking everything it works - I do not know why. ADB does not work but is not needed.
