Control tablet via USB with a Notebook

Hi Folks,

my tablet has a usb-port.
Given there is:
the same sqlite-table containing the jpg-filenames and a set of jpegs both on the notebook and on the tablet.
Is it possible showing the same jpg on the notebook and on the tablet at the same time e.g. i move forward and backward in my sql-table on the notebook and another user is seeing the same on the tablet?
This kinda sync would be done by USB.
I think thats also possible with bluetooth but my experiences with bluetooth are not the best: no device found, broken connections etc

All ideas/concepts are welcome.

I actually think that it will be much simpler to create such a solution with Bluetooth.
