[Solved]ControlExDesktop & NotifyIcon - Information Bubble?

Hey folks,
I'm using NotifyIcon from ControlExDesktop and was wondering if anyone knew of a way to display one of the little bubbles that pops up from a icon on the task bar with additional information; Not the text that appears when you hover over an icon - but a bubble that'd pop up on its own from that icon...

Any ideas?

Full credit, as always, to Andrew Graham. I've built a little demo from the knowledge he gave me.

A couple of points that might explain otherwise puzzling behaviour.

Note that the Interval is specified in milliseconds and that in the Remarks section for NotifyIcon.ShowBalloonTip Method it states that there is a system enforced minimum and maximum interval.
