Bug? Copy->Paste causes B4A to close.

Hello, B4A 10 on Win7 running on a VirtualBox machine.

Sometimes, when I copy/paste, right at the moment of "pasting", the IDE closes and even closes the virtual machine.

This is something that has never ever happened to me with any version of B4A since I started using it in the year 2012

This is not the case with other programs.
I'm not saying it's B4A's fault, I'm just saying it's happening to me and it never happened before.

I'm just saying that in case something similar happens to someone else.

Hi, I just found out that before B4A "breaks", if I use "Copy", it shows an error message.
Right after that, if I use "Paste" that's when it breaks.

Something on your system blocking B4A permission to clipboard.
You can try to run B4A as Administrator.

Hi, I tried it and the problem persists, a simple copy/paste completely closes the system and brings down the virtual machine.

Can you copy from B4A and paste to Notepad?

Can you copy from Notepad and paste to B4A?

1. Nothing has changed in the last several years related to the clipboard handling.

2. The fact that the IDE crashes means that there is a low level error that is not handled. Sounds like a problem in the VM itself.

Hello, I have no idea of the problem.
It had never happened before, it was unexpected.
I have given administrator permissions to the user and, for the moment, it is going well.
