B4J Question Could not delete the file

Hi !
I developed some app and I run it on PC
Then I closed it and tried to delete the file from PC and I could not.
Below is a screenshot.

I did not check after reboot the PC because on that time PC was in use.

I just reporting this if some had something similar.

Make sure that you close all files. Based on this message the process is still running.
