Android Question Crash in Debug mode -Starter service

My main app has suddenly started crashing on load when I use debug mode, but is OK in release mode. I did recently update to 11.20

I think it is something to do with the starter service, the error is as follows;

It is difficult to say why it happens. It might be related to invalid code in one of the Process_Globals subs.

I was calling a sub from Process_Globals in Main while declaring a Public String variable
