Hi,

I got the following crash report from a user in Google Play, but I can't work out what might of caused it.

Anyone know where to look?

Are you using any specific theme?

No, just using the designer to develop my UI.

I suggest to change your targetsdk to 14 or up to 22 (23 if needed)

Yeah, I was thinking of doing that but since the app has been running so smoothly for a year or two I didn't want to change too much in case it caused problems.

On my Android 7.1 device, my app works fine. So not sure if there is something else wrong somewhere. So far it's only 1 person who has sent a crash report.

Your app uses the old Android 2 theme. Not all new devices support it properly.

Oh.. sounds like I need to set my minSDK and targetSDK to a higher value like what @DonManfred suggested and it might fix this issue ?

You can set the minSdkVersion to 9 (Android 2.3) and targetSdkVersion to 19.
