Android Question Create folder on sdcad after installation

My application uses many image files that the user takes from the camera. I need that when the application is installed on the user's SD memory , the apps create folders where these images can be stored . it's possible?

do the job when your app is started the first time.
The user must explicitely start your app manually.
No way to get the app started in other way
