I add image and and panel with opacity 50% and gray color and add imageview on panel with transparent png
But not working

To me it looks like a full screen semitransparent Panel with a transparent part.
The transparent part has a grid on it.

IMHO, it looks like a "selector", where the 100% transparent rectangle shows the portion of the underlying image that will be selected while the dimmed part indicates what will be discarded.
If so, before my first coffee, I can think of two alternatives: a resizeble and movable rectangle (starting from the image center and given dimensions) or a capturing area defined by moving your fingers on the image (and eventually approximated to a rectangle).

I found it
I use canvas and draw circle on imageview with gray overlay with opacity 50
I attach it for all user
