Android Question Create variables programatically?

Is it possible to create a number of variables automatically, lets say, based on a number of records retrieved.

If the RowCount = 3 then create 3 variables, Search1, Search2, Search3

?

I've been investigating JoinStrings and suchlike but that doesn't seem to provide the solution.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
