Creating a Layout

I have been playing with the trial version for a few hours now and I believe I'm missing something. I am assuming that a "layout" in basic4android is the same as a "form" in basic4ppc. Whether or not my terminology is correct, how do I create a layout in b4android?

Layouts are not exactly like forms. Activities are more similar to forms.
You should create a layout file with the designer and then load it to an activity with Activity.LoadLayout.
