iOS Question Creating B4i Libraries

Hi all, it's been a while since i've had to wrap a library for B4i, currently I'm having issues since the mini-mac I own can't be updated to the latest iOS version, I am running Monterey 12.7.6 now, and therefore the higher version of xcode I can install is 14.2.

I am trying to create a wrapper for a library, but I forget all the steps, I don't have any errors when I compile the project but I don't see the library.a file being generated, please someone remind me, do I need to have a iPhone/iPad device plugged-in in order for the library to compile?

I just don't recall since it's been a while, are there any extra steps I need to take, I have the icore.h file, the framework of the library I am trying to wrap, so I have the header file the m file and the framework library, any advise/thoughts on this, any help or suggestions anybody?

Thanks,
Walter
