B4J Question Creating B4J .exe file for Windows 10

I've downloaded and installed the the INNO Setup
I've ran B4JPackager.jar (as downloaded) and got an .exe program in Program Files Folder.
When I ran the .exe file I get the usual Windows Install message and then the Error
Failed to Find Library - C:\Program Files(x...\....\runtime\bin\client\jvm.dll
This is followed by Failed to Find - JNI_CreateJaveVM
Then Failed to Load - JVM
I searched the 8 pages of the relevant post and did a search of all posts but couldn't find any reference

Update - the .dll is there but the message still comes up

1. Worth trying it with a 64 bit Java (it will be installed in Program Files, not Program Files (x86)).
2. Are you able to install this example: https://www.b4x.com/b4j/files/GoogleMapsExample.exe ?
