Java Question Creating Libraries from SDK's - Android Studio or Eclipse

Hi,
I have not created a library from an SDK for a few years, and things have changed quite a bit since.
im very rusty.

I have to create a library from a developers Demo SDK, they have supplied a it in Eclipse and Android Studio. I currently have neither installed.

What is the best path to go down to to create a library for B4A

Use the Eclipse SDK or the Android Studio SDK?

You can use whichever editor you like. I recommend you to compile and generate the XML with SLC.

Personally I use Eclipse.

I assume the SLC only works on Eclipse projects?

Im more familiar with Eclipse, so I will install Eclipse (so i can test the samples in the SDK)
I assume the latest version of Eclipse is recommended?

No, you can use Notepad++ if you want.
