with options to save where the user want *-* internal dirrrootdefaut etc

Do you have searched in b4A forum?? I think there're various options

Like maybe http://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/resize-and-crop.19550/page-2 or http://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/picasso-image-downloading-and-caching-library.31495/ (CenterCrop) and save the imageview content to a file

Google searching gets some libs jars, like https://github.com/joshdholtz/CropImageView and accessing the jar with #additionaljar and JavaObject
