is there a way to use a class written in b4a in other language (not java) for android ?
if yes : what's the proccess to do it ?

You mean use Kotlin or Dart in B4A?
I think you can convert the code to Java or better in B4X and use in B4A.

If you mean convert B4X (B4A) to other languages such as Kotlin or Dart to use on other IDE then you can ask ChatGPT or other AI bot to help you with the conversion.
