Wish Cross platform TableView

Ive seen in the forums that there is TableView for B4J and a Table class for B4A.

My question is:

Following the B4X route, is there any cross platform solution for a TableView?

Tell me something, is it possible to hide the upper navigation options? I'd like a simple table with multiple row selection and without the top navigation. I've looked at the B4XTable properties and methods and found no way to disable the top navigation or the multiple row selection.
