I need to write mnc to apn settings, please is there a way, i did root on phone and added AddPermission("android.permission.WRITE_APN_SETTINGS") to my app.
when app is started it does bring up root permision for write apn.Get's write not allowed error.
Must i downgrade phone ,it is on android 4.4.2 , will it help.
