How I can customize ODK based software like KoBoCollect?
Is there any example or guidelines available? Thank you.

ODK is Open Data Kit.
Yes, ODK has source code. I updated the link of source code in my post.

I guess you need to use the provided tools to fill in Data. I never seen any thread about ODK (except this one) in the past.
