Database help

Hi all
I have a database I wish to incorporate into my app. It consists of 1 table consisting of

Name
Racepoint
Miles
Yards

I need to choose a name from a list/list view ? Whatever and the same for race point
When chosen the miles and yards will show up in edit text boxes. Any help would be appreciated.
