I had set Left of DPDate and DPTime as 40 . But in device it's position is different .

No you dont:

Then comment out the “AutoScaleAll” in the layout and it sticks to the position.

Then next time write which layout file you mean and don't waste our time... I had looked in the "Page1" layout file.

Looks like it automatically aligns to the rightmost point with an automatic width. This will be native. Have to wait for an answer from @Erel as it is a native view.

This is indeed how the native view behaves, note that you can see this behavior with the designer if you open B4i-Bridge.
