Android Question Daydream with httputils ?

Hello,

I have found the daydream tutorial by Erel. My question is , is it possible to display currency info which updates every 30 seconds for example with httputils ?

Why not?

It is a Service and it is using a Timer. You can for sure use httputils to download data and then draw it (what ever)
